Privacy Policy
Your information, handled with care.
What we collect
When you request a quote or apply for work, we collect the information you choose to provide, including your contact details, project or employment information, and uploaded documents. We also use limited technical information to protect our forms from spam and abuse.
Why we use it
ESCUN Contractors Ltd uses this information to respond to enquiries, prepare estimates, review employment applications and communicate about your request. We do not sell your personal information or use submissions for unrelated marketing.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored in a restricted database and files in private object storage. Our hosting and email providers process information on our behalf. Depending on their infrastructure, data may be processed outside your province or Canada.
Access and retention
Access is limited to authorized personnel and necessary service providers. We keep information only as long as needed for your request, recruitment or legitimate record-keeping obligations, then delete it. You may ask us to correct or delete your information, subject to applicable obligations.
Your choices
We store your language preference in your browser. With your acceptance, we use Google Analytics to understand visits and Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors navigate public pages through interaction recordings and heatmaps. These services may use cookies and collect information such as page views, device information and approximate location. Analytics does not load until you accept. We mask quote and employment forms in Clarity and do not intentionally send their contents to either analytics service. You can reopen your cookie choice from the footer; leaving the site is the alternative to acceptance. Avoid sending sensitive identifiers such as a Social Insurance Number, banking details or identity documents. Providing optional information and files is your choice.
